In collaboration with SKF, Strandska co-created a global leadership initiative: Manage, Lead and Coach. This program is designed to support both line and project managers, and has proven highly effective in practice. Thomas Andersson serves as the lead global facilitator for this initiative and oversees the train-the-trainer framework at SKF.
